Team Building

The construction and consolidation of a work team through adventure sport techniques carried out in a natural environment, are one of the basic pillars of the Team Building programme.

The analysis and performance of a work team, are measured through their strong and weak points. Identifying the differences between the desired state and the real one is the key to measuring the effectiveness of the participants and, in this way, to improving their performance.

With Team Building, we configure a strategy that helps eliminate these emotional differences which are the fruit of the inequality between the desired state and the obtained one.

Sport, culture and gastronomy have a very relevant role in our society, therefore these aspects combined with environmental values are the tools through which we want to promote entrepreneurial skills:

o Working in a team
o Developing the spirit of excelling in a group, commitment, effort and motivation
o Leadership: Decision Making, Communication, Organisation
o Capacity to cope in different environments
o Solution of practical problems
o Establishment and attainment of goals

Some of our Team Building programmes are:

• MISSION IMPOSSIBLE…POSSIBLE! Objective: Construction of a helicopter

• Orientate, search and locate material with GPS
• Design and construct helicopters (almost full scale)
• The construction team create the corporate image
• Presentation of the products before a jury
• Voting for the best helicopter!!! Some typologies and models can be constructed adapting the construction and material to the company and needs of the customers.

• THE EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE: NGO Camp

• Sharing of tasks between participants
• Location of materials and transfer
• Creating camps of dependence
• Survival, negotiation, collaboration
• Internal organisation, communications exercise, elimination of barriers, cohesion of the group, leadership, logistics...
