Magnificent route of great landscape and sporting interest that will bring us from the mountains of the picturesque village of Tavertet, located in the centre of Catalonia, to the sea of Port de la Selva, a great village on the Costa Brava. We will see how the natural environment changes and also the different lifestyles of the inhabitants in each zone. We will visit medieval towns like Rupit; Besalú, where the roman baths are still preserved next to the river; Castellfollit de la Roca, a village perched on the edge of a long cliff; and Sant Llorens de la Muga, a lovely village with a beach by the river. We will cross the incredible volcanic area of Olot. We will also ride next to Boadella reservoir and follow the river La Muga to the town of Figueres, capital of the area, and the museum-theatre of Salvador Dalí. We will finish with a route that will bring us to the sea, with some spectacular views of the Costa Brava and the final present of a bath.
